L.F.M. Exhibition
Tokyo-based product designers, M&T, have been experimenting with a manufacturing process that takes the scrap leather that’s usually discarded from leather goods to create a fiber pulp that can be cast molded into three-dimensional forms. Due to the fact that it’s a new process, QR codes were embedded in the exhibition’s logo, which sends viewers to an informational video to encourage attendees to learn more. To tie together the concept of reusability, the physical space designed in collaboration with M&T was entirely created using recyclable materials.
