RAN was asked to design the identity and exhibition graphics for 弛緩 (shikan) by temporary product design collective RHTMA for DESIGNART Tokyo 2018. Shikan is the Japanese word for “becoming relaxed”. The exhibition identity was designed to be deliberately loose and quick — incorporating Risograph printing to emphasize the playful and imperfect elements. The temporary space was designed in collaboration with Ryosuke Akagi.
RANは、DESIGNART TOKYO 2018において、一時的なプロダクトデザイン集団RHTMAによるアイデンティティと展示グラフィックのデザインを依頼された。「弛緩」をテーマにした展覧会のアイデンティティは、遊び心と不完全な要素を強調するためにリソグラフ印刷を取り入れ、意図的にゆるく、素早くデザインされた。空間は赤木良介とのコラボレーションでデザインされた。
